User Agreement

Welcome to hiDimple.com ("hiDimple", "we", "us", or "our"), an AI-powered platform designed to optimize the recruitment process through advanced screening and assessment tools. This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you, either an individual recruiter or the entity you represent ("you" or "User"), and hiDimple regarding your use of hiDimple’s website, platform, tools, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering for, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Services.

1. Account Registration and Use

- To access hiDimple’s Services, you must register and create an account by providing accurate and current information as prompted during the signup process.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities conducted through your account.

- hiDimple reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are registered through unauthorized means or that are used in violation of this Agreement.

2. Services and License

- hiDimple grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes, including posting job descriptions, viewing candidate responses, and utilizing AI-generated insights for recruitment.

- The Services are provided to assist with the recruitment process but are not intended to replace your judgment or the need for due diligence in evaluating candidates.

3. User Conduct

- You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that is consistent with this Agreement and any applicable laws and regulations.

- You will not misuse the Services by interfering with their normal operation or attempting to access them using a method other than through the interfaces and instructions provided by hiDimple.

4. Intellectual Property

- All rights, title, and interest in the Services and their contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by hiDimple, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

- This Agreement grants you no rights to use any hiDimple trademarks, logos, domain names, or other brand features.

5. Data Protection

- hiDimple is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the data you share with us. Our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference into this Agreement, details how we collect, use, and protect your personal and non-personal information.

- By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

6. Limitation of Liability

- hiDimple shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services.

7. Indemnification

- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless hiDimple and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, partners, and licensors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.

8. Arbitration and Governing Law

- This Agreement and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hiDimple is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

- Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this Agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in [Location], before one arbitrator.

9. Changes to This Agreement

- hiDimple reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes through the Services or by other means, giving you the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective.

- Your continued use of the Services after such notice will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
